The state of the economy has led many real estate licensees to turn to property management. If you’re among that group, it’s important you become knowledgeable about the laws and duties imposed on property managers and leasing agents. This course will analyze and interpret factors impacting local rents, define owner objectives, and discuss the development of effective owner communications. The course will also cover how to properly complete and present the TAR Residential Lease application. This course will provide the licensee with the core competencies they need in their role and responsibilities when functioning as a property manager or leasing agent. It will also provide understanding for those licensees performing property management related duties to ensure the appropriate guidelines are being followed by explaining the legal boundaries that govern the execution of their duties.
