TAHS: FHA Lending/Fair Housing

License holder will gain understaning of FHA as entity; its role and fuction in the home buying process from a lending perspective and how to best serve their clients who are FHA eligible. Being a federal loan program, lending guidelines are directly impacted by Federal Fair Housing Act. License holder will gain an understanding of legal responsibilities related to real estate transactions so not to viloate any fair housing guidelines. The course explores the area of law related to the Fair Housing Act applicable to the day-to-day encounters of the real estate agent and potential impact on real estate transactions.

Refund Policy (cancellation by student):

Refunds will only be issued for a cancellation by a registered student if advance notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
