Learn about MLS Rules and Regulations and how to avoid fines and penalties. This course covers the current MLS Rules and Regulations.  This class is free for GFWAR MLS members and $25 for non-MLS members.  Failure to show up for class without 24-hour cancellation notice will result in a $25 no-show fee.

This is a required course for the Technology Certified Agent Program.
