Course Description: The goals of this course are to educate real estate professionals on the following: The real estate market research and valuation tools that consumers can access online. Teach the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM); how they obtain and calculate data and how RPR tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions. Train the real estate professional how to combine their specific expertise with RPR-enhanced MLS data, tools, and reports to benefit clients and customers before, during, and after the real estate transaction.

Cancellation Policy: The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date. Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
