Course Description: This course will educate the real estate professional on how to evaluate a residence for the rental market as well as develop appropriate marketing and advertising strategies. The course will examine Fair Housing statues as they pertain to the leasing and management of residential rentals and how to examine and use credit report information. The course will also cover the need for a privacy policy for personal information. This course will provide the licensee with the core competencies they need in their role and responsibilities when functioning as a property manager or leasing agent . Provide understanding for those licensees performing property management related duties to ensure the appropriate guidelines are being followed by explaining the legal boundaries that govern the execution of their duties.
