Course Description:

The course is designed for real agents to obtain an understanding of the outlook of the real estate industry as institutional buyers are purchasing large quantities of homes in Texas. The historical background of traditional home buyers compared to today’s institutional buyers. How these Buyers are changing the possibility of homeownership for many Americans. Discover who the big stakeholders are and how they are purchasing these homes at record speed. Wall Street’s role in this transition of major home buyers will be discussed. What areas of the country that institutional buyers focus on and why? How this shift in home ownership is predicted to change America overall.

Refunds will only be issued for a cancellation by a registered student if advance notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the course scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

The GFWAR (provider #390) reserves the right to cancel SAE/CE courses if the minimum pre-registered attendance requirements are not met five business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Full refunds will be issued to all pre-paid students or monies can be transferred to future scheduled SAE/CE courses. Monies will not be held longer than the conclusion of the calendar year, from the date of purchase, in which the monies were paid.
