Come join GFWAR to hear from a new voice at the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M that has had his research awareness on North Texas in commercial market analysis, public finance, labor analytics.  

Dr. Oney from 1999 to 2016, was an economist and research manager in state and local government in North Texas. At the City of Dallas, he led an economic research team that supported the city manager and mayor/council. Participate in his presentation for GFWAR members, to hear his thoughts on our real estate market trends ahead in the new year and beyond for our corner of Texas.
