Store Policies Return Policy: Merchandise, in original condition, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Books, calculators and electronic measuring devices may not be returned. Exceptions will be made for defective devices. Cash and check sales will be refunded by check and mailed within 10 days of return. Credit card refunds will be reimbursed to the card used for purchase. Broker’s Charge Account Policy: The GFWAR Board of Directors recently made a ruling that purchases made through the REALTOR® Store cannot be charged to a broker's account. All store purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
