Store Policies

Return Policy: Merchandise, in original condition, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Books, calculators and electronic measuring devices may not be returned. Exceptions will be made for defective devices. Cash and check sales will be refunded by check and mailed within 10 days of return. Credit card refunds will be reimbursed to the card used for purchase.

Broker’s Charge Account Policy: With the broker’s written authorization and the approval of GFWAR, an office assistant or agent may charge to a broker’s account. Only brokers are allowed to charge store items to their individual accounts and must pay their balances in full each month before additional items may be charged.

iBox Policy: In the event an iBox is malfunctioning and cannot be removed from a property, GFWAR will provide bolt cutters to cut the shackle. A replacement iBox may be picked up at no charge if the iBox is determined to have a manufacturer defect. If the box does not have a manufacturer defect, then another box will need to be purchased.

GFWAR will buy back functioning used iBoxes, which will be available for purchase at a discounted rate.
