GFWAR processes grievances according to the procedures
set forth by the National Association of REALTORS®.
A Grievance Committee reviews all complaints and if
it is determined that, on the face value of the complaint,
a violation of an article / articles of the Code of Ethics
may have occurred, it is forwarded for a formal hearing
by a Professional Standards panel.

If an individual believes that a REALTOR® has violated
the REALTOR® Code of Ethics or if a REALTOR® feels the
need to make a Request for Arbitration, contact GFWAR
to determine the course of action that should be taken.
