Listing Syndication with Point2 Agent
NTREIS recently partnered with Point2 Agent, which is a complete listing syndication solution for REALTORS® that includes a network of over 30 online partners, including Zillow, Trulia, Homescape, Point2 Homes, etc. Point2 Agent takes the listings from NTREIS and automatically syndicates them to the partners the broker / agent chooses. Then, Point2 Agent provides all the leads and traffic reports back to the agent / broker. NTREIS users will be able to syndicate their listings automatically, eliminating the need to perform manual updates.

How does it work?
Each member of NTREIS will receive an invitation e-mail with a link to create a free Syndication Dashboard. Within this Syndication Dashboard, members can configure their syndication partner preferences, and access prospect information and reports from syndication traffic...all for free. Do not sign up for a Point2 Agent account. NTREIS users will receive an invitation e-mail from Point2 Agent.
