MLS Rules & Regulations Fine Schedule
The MLS Committee and the Board of Directors of the
Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® recently completed work on a recommended fine schedule for violations to the MLS Rules and Regulations. Fines are now being assessed for flagged listings in listing checker that are not corrected. A PDF of the schedule is below.
