Starbucks Session Advertising Put
your company’s name in front of a variety of REALTOR®
members each month! The sessions are free and available to all GFWAR members. Starbucks provides coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies / cake, and attendees come to hear a speaker talk about informative real estate topics, such as: • Home staging • Time management • Tax planning • Getting listings • Listing and closing issues • Overcoming objections • Becoming a better closer • Financing for special situations • Ethics • Fast moving properties in the Metroplex • Contract changes One session is held per month, and one advertising opportunity is available per session. Approximately 50 to 60 people attend these sessions. The cost is $250 per Starbucks Session. GFWAR Community Service Day
Advertising GFWAR
will be hosting its Community Service Day on Saturday,
March 27 for a day of volunteer efforts in service to
the Fort Worth community. GFWAR is looking for
two advertisers at $250 a piece to help offset the cost
of tools and supplies needed for the project. Two shifts
have been set up – 9 a.m. to Noon and Noon to 3 p.m. for
volunteers to serve. Advertisers Receive: • Yard sign with advertiser’s logo to appear at the houses that volunteers will work on during the Community Service Day • Access to GFWAR members in an intimate group setting, providing for more opportunities to network and make connections • A list of attendees with address, phone and Web site listed • Company name / logo included in all GFWAR communiqués promoting the event • Company logo in the GFWAR newsletter that will accompany a write-up of the Community Service Day To Advertise: Click here to access the advertising form. MLS Networking Meetings GFWAR
hosts these meetings the first Tuesday of each month for its
residential members as an opportunity for them to network and
market their listings to other REALTOR® members. GFWAR usually
has approximately 30 people in attendance at these meetings.
Advertisers do not have to pay to advertise. Instead, they
provide breakfast for the Group.When does the Group meet? Advertise in the Newsletter! The
newsletter is distributed to all 2,300+ members online or by
direct mail. (Members have the option of choosing
whether they'd like to receive the newsletter online or by
mail.) Once a newsletter is published, it stays on the Web site
until the next newsletter is published. It's then archived in the newsletter archives portion
of the site. It remains in the newsletter archives for
