Starbucks Sessions Advertising
 The
sessions are free and available to all GFWAR members. Starbucks
provides coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies / cake.
Attendees come to hear speakers talk about informative real
estate topics such as: home staging, advertising / marketing,
time management, tax planning, listing and closing issues,
financing for special situations, fast moving properties in the
Metroplex, contract changes, the importance of accurate MLS
data, etc.
One session is held per month and one
advertising opportunity is available per session. Approximately
50 to 60 people attend these sessions each month.
Advertiser Receives:
• A five-minute speaking opportunity
• A sign with company logo next to the speaker's podium at the
Session
• Ability to distribute specialty items, brochures, etc. to each
attendee
• List of names of all attendees (including phone numbers and
addresses) who attended the event
• Company logo in all communiqués promoting the event - e-mails,
newsletter, Web site, etc.
• Company name listed in bold on the GFWAR Update e-mails
distributed prior to the event

MLS Networking Meetings
 GFWAR
hosts these meetings the first Tuesday of each month for its
residential members as an opportunity for them to network and
market their listings to other REALTOR® members. GFWAR usually
has approximately 30 people in attendance at these meetings.
Advertisers do not have to pay to advertise. Instead, they
provide breakfast for the Group.
When does the Group meet?
The first Tuesday at GFWAR from 9:30 a.m.
to 10:30 a.m.
By providing breakfast for the Group, advertisers receive:
• Brief speaking opportunity in front of
the Group
• Opportunity to handout promotional items to those in
attendance
• Access to GFWAR members in an intimate group setting,
providing for more
opportunities to network and make connections

Advertise in the Newsletter!
 The
newsletter is distributed to all 2,300+ members online or by
direct mail each quarter. (Members have the option of choosing
whether they'd like to receive the newsletter online or by
mail.) The newsletter stays on the Web site for the entire
quarter, and then is archived in the newsletter archives portion
of the site. It remains in the newsletter archives for
approximately two years.

Discounts:
GFWAR members receive a 10 percent discount
on all newsletter advertising.
A frequency discount is added on top of
this for all ads placed in the publication four times within a
contract year.
