2012 GFWAR Starbucks Session Advertising

Put your company’s name in front of the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® each month! The sessions are free and available to all GFWAR members. Starbucks provides coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies / cake, and attendees come to hear a speaker talk about informative real estate topics. These sessions are generally held the third Monday of each month from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. One session is held per month, and one advertising opportunity is available per session.  Approximately 50 to 75 people attend.

The following speakers will be speaking at the upcoming Starbucks Sessions:

  • May 21 – Wauketa Jones; Relevant Smartphone and Tablet Apps for Real Estate Professionals
  • June 18 – Speaker / Topic To Be Determined
  • July 16 – Neighborhood Patrol Officer Joel Stary; Personal Safety Tips Every REALTOR® Needs to Know

What does the advertiser receive?

  • A five-minute speaking opportunity
  • Signage with company logo at the front of the room
  • Ability to distribute specialty items, brochures, etc. to each attendee
  • List of names of all attendees (including phone numbers and addresses) who attended the event
  • Company logo in all communiqués promoting the event – e-mails, newsletter, Web site, etc.

Providing Breakfast / Lunch for Attendees at New Member Orientations

There is no cost, other than the cost of providing breakfast or lunch to about 30 new REALTOR® members who will be attending. Advertisers will need to have breakfast set-up at the GFWAR Office by 9:30 a.m. and lunch set-up at the GFWAR Office by Noon. The advertiser will need to provide, food, beverages, plates, napkins and dinnerware. GFWAR will provide water and coffee. The advertiser will receive a five minute speaking opportunity in front of the orientation group to promote company, opportunity to handout promotional materials to attendees and the ability to network with those in attendance at the class. Advertisers are needed on the following dates:

  • June 5 – Lunch advertiser needed
  • August 7 – Breakfast advertiser and lunch advertiser needed
  • October 2 – Breakfast advertiser and lunch advertiser needed
  • December 6 – Breakfast advertiser and lunch advertiser needed

GFWAR Casino Night Advertising

Hit the jackpot by promoting your company at the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® Casino Night! The event will be held Thursday, August 18 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Texas & Pacific Ballroom (located at 221 W. Lancaster St. in Fort Worth.) GFWAR anticipates approximately 200 people in attendance.

Available advertising opportunities include:

  • Underwriter – $1,000 (Available to one advertiser)
  • Bar Package Advertiser – $600 (Available to one advertiser)
  • Money Package Advertiser – $600 (Available to one advertiser)
  • Valet Package Advertiser – $600 (Available to one advertiser)
  • Craps Table Advertisers – $550 (Available to two advertisers)
  • Texas Hold ‘em Advertiser – $400 (Available to three advertisers)
  • Roulette Table Advertiser – $300 (Available to one advertiser)
  • Black Jack Table Advertiser – $300 (Available to 14 advertisers)
  • Casino Pit Boss Advertiser – $250 (Available to four advertisers)

MLS Networking Group Breakfast Advertising

MLS Networking Group sessions are held the first and third Tuesday of each month and members get together to discuss listing information, buyer’s needs and other valuable information. There is no cost for this advertising opportunity, other than the cost of providing breakfast to about 30 attendees. Advertisers will need to have the food at GFWAR by 9 a.m. and will need to supply napkins, cups, plates, forks, etc. Coffee and water will be provided by GFWAR.

What does the advertiser receive?

  • Five minute speaking opportunity in front of the group to promote his / her company.
  • Opportunity to hand out promotional materials to attendees.
  • Ability to network with those in attendance during breakfast.
