• Bill Jacobs is a mortgage loan officer with New American Funding. Bill specializes in first-time homebuyers and has extensive experience advising on financial decisions in multiple industries. He also holds a Master's degree in Economics, and provides an insightful weekly market update for industry professionals. Bill's fresh perspective on mortgage information will extend valuable awareness for attendees seeking to navigate today's competitive market.
• Bryan Upchurch is a mortgage loan originator with Merit Mortgage who takes pride in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. He considers it a privilege to guide clients and friends through their home financing options and equip them with the knowledge to make informed, confident decisions. Bryan studied music at Southwestern Seminary where he learned the value of earnest and vigilant attention to detail, and was the recipient of the 2022 GFWAR Affiliate of the Year award.
• Iveth Guzman is a mortgage loan officer with TexasBank and has been in the mortgage industry for 10 years. She is a member of the NAHREP Dallas Board of Directors and specializes in ITIN loans.
• Gary Walters is a mortgage consultant with Prosperity Home Mortgage. He has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and is currently licensed in TX, CA, GA and FL. He has in-depth experience in providing conventional, jumbo, FHA, USDA, VA, and Down Payment Assistance loan options for home purchase. He proudly served in the United States Army and believes in giving back not only to the community but also to the military and veterans. Gary is the current DFW Chapter President for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.
