Texas has experienced explosive growth over the last several years. Much of this has been driven by businesses moving into Texas. Relocating employees present an opportunity for Realtors to develop a business around this niche. They are often in desperate need of representation and counseling. To best serve a transferee, a buyer’s representative needs to have a thorough understanding of the relocation process as well as the specialized services transferees’ needs.
