With approximately 2,300 members, GFWAR offers its affiliate members a broad range of networking opportunities in which to promote a company's brand and message to area real estate professionals. Networking
GFWAR realizes how important networking is to its affiliate members and works to provide a variety of networking opportunities to help affiliates personally market themselves to GFWAR members. These opportunities include:

  • 1st Tuesday MLS Groups
  • Committee meetings
  • TREPAC events
  • Classes / seminars

GFWAR allows its affiliate members access to the online membership roster with current, up-to-the-minute data. To access it, visit the Members Only portion of www.gfwar.org.

Cost Break
Affiliates are given the same discount benefits that REALTOR® members are given, including at the REALTOR® store, when renting a room at the Association or placing an ad in the GFWAR Newsletter.


 To Become an Affiliate Member

GFWAR has three types of affiliate memberships – designated, additional affiliate and institute affiliate. All offices must designate one member as the designated affiliate member, and all other members of the office may join at a reduced rate as additional affiliates. An institute affiliate is a member with the IREM, CIREI, RLI, SIOR & ASREC affiliations. These members pay their NAR affiliate – Institute directly.

To become an affiliate member, the process includes downloading one of the forms below and sending it to GFWAR with a method of payment.
