We want to repeat that message and say that while the situation may be very hard elsewhere, here we can say “Thank Goodness It’s Fort Worth!” We’re lucky. Aren’t we lucky we live in Fort Worth? Things are better here. People in Fort Worth are enjoying relative stability, especially in the housing market. We’re invaluable. Our neighbors depend on us for an educated, honest perspective on the current housing market. They are also expecting local REALTORS® to be understanding and flexible given the current economic environment. We’re busy. Yes, there’s volatility in the market place, but people are still buying and selling homes. We’re actively helping them do both. We’re paying attention.
